RAND supporters and friends gathered at the United States Institute of Peace to celebrate the leadership of Michael Rich, RAND’s president and CEO who is stepping down this year. RAND trustees Michael E. Leiter and Chuck Hagel, and trustee emeritus Ann McLaughlin Korologos, delivered remarks to thank Michael for his decades of service to RAND and to commemorate his many achievements.
